When visiting Europe on one such educational trip, Dr Kaplan and Dr Mattia formed more then a friendship but a partnership. In a world not dominated by insurance they learned technology was the future of Chiropractic. Realizing the potential that groundbreaking technology could have on the chiropractic profession, they extended his trip and visited Nice, Valence, Monaco and Bologna to review every facet of the worlds technology.

Dr. Mattia has grown to have an in-depth understanding of the scope of the technologies’ usage and varied protocols. The remarkable results, the astounding speed of recovery that he was able to offer his clients with this technology has enabled Dr. Mattia to specialize; in fact, he is now a recognized expert in Sport Biomechanics, treating such clients as Johnny Damon, Barry Larkin, Duane Clemens, Ernie Els, John Cook, Frank Nobilo, David Peoples and many, many more.

Dr. Mattia is the current president of the ICA Council on Fitness and Sports Health Science, and he served as President of the New Jersey Board Of Examiners, running one of the largest, most successful chiropractic practices in the history of the state. In his career, Dr. Mattia has worked with over 150 Professional Athletes and has won numerous awards, including the prestigious ‘ICA Sports Chiropractor of the Year Award.
